1. Add the pork chops to a large skillet and brown on both sides.
2. Pour off the fat in the pan and discard.
3. In a bowl, add the honey, cloves, cinnamon, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup syrup from peaches, and vinegar.
4. Whisk to combine.
5. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Place the chops inside a slow cooker.
7. Place the peach halves on top of the chops.
8. Pour the tomato mixture over the peaches.
9. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
10. Serve and enjoy.
