1. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic.
2. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
3. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet.
4. Add the pork chops and cook until the juices run clear, turning once.
5. Blend together the salsa, green onions and remaining salt in a blender.
6. Transfer the salsa mixture to a mixing bowl.
7. Add the avocado, radishes and cilantro and toss gently to combine.
8. Serve the salsa over the browned pork chops.
