Pork Chop Pileups

 
Ingredients -
6 Pork Chops
2 Potatoes, thinly sliced
1 Can Green Beans, (15 ounce), drained
1 White Onion, thinly sliced
2 Cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, (10.75 ounce) 
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Arrange the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. Layer the potatoes, beans and onion on top of the pork chops.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Combine the soup and milk in a medium bowl and mix together.

6. Pour the mixture over the chops and vegetables.

7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees.
