1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish.
2. Add the flour, salt and pepper to another shallow dish.
3. Whisk together the egg and mustard in a third shallow dish.
4. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then egg mixture.
5. Shake off any extra dripping’s.
6. Coat each chop with the breadcrumbs, coating both sides.
7. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
8. Add the chops and cook for 2 to 4 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.
