1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper and rosemary.
2. Add the oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and brown on both sides, which takes 5 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chops to a serving platter and keep warm.
5. Add the shallots and sauté until they are translucent and soft.
6. Add the beef broth and juice to the pan.
7. Scrape the bottom and sides to remove any pan drippings.
8. Boil the mixture until it has reduced by half, which takes about 3 minutes.
9. Pour the mixture over the chops.
10. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
