Mustard Pork Chops

Pork chops slow cooked with mustard, chicken rice soup and pepper.
Ingredients -
4 to 5 Pork Chops
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 can Chicken With Rice Soup
1 soup can Water
 
Preparation:

1. Add flour to shallow bowl.

2. Dredge chops in flour. Shake off excess.

3. Place in greased 4 1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker.

4. Season chops with pepper.

5. In small bowl, combine mustard, chicken with rice soup, and water.

6. Pour soup mixture over seasoned pork chops.

7. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.

8. Remove pork chops to serving platter.

9. Puree liquid from crockpot in blender.

10. Transfer sauce to serving bowl.

Check the “use by” or “sell by” dates to insure you are choosing a fresh pork selection. Don’t waste or take any chances using or freezing pork that has passed either of these dates.
