Mexican Skillet Pork Chops

 
Ingredients -

4 (5 ounces each) Boneless Pork Chops
1 cup Medium or Hot Salsa
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste.

2. Add the pork chops to a medium sized non-stick skillet.

3. Sauté until brown on both sides.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

5. Serve immediately.
