Lemon Onion Chops

 
Ingredients -

6 thick Center Cut Pork Chops
1 large Lemon
1 large Onion
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Ketchup

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. On an ungreased baking dish, place the pork chops in a single layer.

3. Cut the onion and lemon into thick slices.

4. Place a slice of each onto the middle of each pork chop.

5. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar and ketchup.

6. Whisk to combine.

7. Pour the mixture over the top of the pork chops.

8. Bake the pan uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
