Indian Style Pork Chops

 
Ingredients -
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 Pork Chops, (4 ounce)  
3/4 Cup Apricot Nectar
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
 
Preparation:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Brown the pork chops in the hot skillet, turning once.

3. In a measuring cup, mix together the curry powder, apricot nectar, garlic powder, and salt.

4. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.

5. Reduce the heat to medium-low.

6. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the chops are done.
