Crockpot Teriyaki Chops

Slow cooked pork chops with pineapple, teriyaki and brown sugar.
Ingredients -
4 Boneless Pork Chops
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 large can Pineapple Slices (including juice)
1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
 
Preparation:

1. Season boneless pork chops with salt and pepper.

2. Add pork chops to crockpot.

3. Cover pork chops with pineapple with juice, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar.

4. Cook on LOW 6 hours.

5. Serve pork chops over brown rice.

Thawing Chops
When thawing pork chops in the refrigerator, make sure that they’re placed in a way that any drippings from the chops don’t have a chance to contaminate other foods.

Thawed Pork Chops
When pork chops have thawed, remove them from any liquid surrounding them and place them on a flat plate or platter on top of paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
