1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add vegetable oil to large skillet. Heat over medium high-heat. Sauté pork chops in oil until brown, 1-2 minutes per side.
3. Drain on paper towels.
4. Place in large ceramic baking dish.
5. Add crushed tomatoes, ketchup, dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard and salt to small bowl. Stir to combine.
6. Spoon over pork chops.
7. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. |
