Cooking Tip
Leftover Pork
Leftover pork dishes should be chilled quickly so they don’t spoil. Pork dishes have a tendency to spoil quickly so refrigerate any uneaten pork immediately. Whenever there is a question of whether pork should be saved or thrown away, throw it away.

Cooking Tip
Freezing Pork
Do not use wax paper when freezing pork. Wax paper is not moisture proof, and will take moisture out of the meat. Wrap pork in plastic bags.
