Cooking Tip
Freezing Pork
Use wax paper between pork cuts, but not as an outside wrapper. Wax paper is not moisture proof and is not suitable for wrapping pork.

Cooking Tip
Freezing Pork
Mark all freezer wrapped pork with a label of the type of pork and the date it was frozen. Wrap pork in moisture proof bags or freezer wrap.
