Cooking Tip
Marinating Pork
Never re-use marinades after marinating raw pork. Discard marinades immediately. Make a double batch of your marinade and use it to baste or as a sauce for the pork chops.

Cooking Tip
Marinating
Meat that has been marinated and will usually shorten cooking times. Any time you marinate pork 12-24 hours, the cooking time is reduced by 40-50%.
